Welcome to Racing Realty. I have been in Real Estate in the Swansboro/Carteret/Stella/Pelletier/Newport/ and Emerald Isle areas for over 20 years. After many years working at other realty offices, my daughter & I decided to open our own office so we brainstormed and came up with the name RACING REALTY. It fits great. Candace Burns and I work the Real Estate Office and my Grandsons, Jerry & Chris Burns, along with their father Roger Burns have the Burns Racing & Performance Shop beside our office where they work on race cars. It is the best of both worlds--RACING AND REAL ESTATE.
We work really hard for our Buyers and Sellers, promote listings, help the buyers from the 1st time home buyers to the savy investor and we love our job. It is not as easy as people are led to believe. It takes a lot of long hours and knowledge in order to put these transactions together and then to get them to the closing table. We also enjoy the contact with the Racing World. Both my Grandsons drive Race Cars and we go to many of the Race Tracks to see them as well as the NASCAR Races. We love it when the different Race Car Drivers stop by to visit and they do!! We have met many people that we never would have had, had it not been for RACING REALTY.
